Hudgins Services was founded on January 8, 2003 by Ouida B. Hudgins and was incorporated on April 1, 2006. From humble beginnings, Hudgins Services, Inc. has grown to become a regional medical and vocational case management company with the highest quality case managers with some of the best return to work and cost containment averages in the business.
Our healthcare professionals are responsible for coordinating the care delivered to an assigned group of clients based on diagnosis and/or need. Other responsibilities include patient/family education, advocacy, delays management, and outcomes monitoring and management. Case managers work with people to get the healthcare and other community services they need, when they need them, and for the best value.
Our company’s goals are to provide rehabilitation services to the injured worker in such a manner that each client reaches their maximal/optimal level of functionality as close to their pre-injury or pre-event state as possible. We strive to accelerate the recovery and return to work process by containing costs without sacrificing excellence in patient care. We also manage the occupational and non-occupational diseases with the aim of returning the disabled employee to a productive work schedule and employment.
Our relationship with the insurance company is to put each adjuster’s “day at ease”. We strongly feel that when we are effective with rehabilitation services, the adjuster is able to focus his/her attention on the areas that the rehab supplier does not address, thereby decreasing their workload and allowing them to have more time to work with the clients that do not have a rehab supplier.
